THE WORKSHOP

One soap, made by hand

AL FAJR is a single botanical soap with usma, oils and herbs, made to deep-clean the scalp and care for the hair of men and women: for a scalp that gets greasy fast, visible flakes and build-up, and hair that looks flat, dull or brittle.

The bar is made in Kazakhstan; the finished loaf is hand-cut and stamped in Belgium and sold by Kruhn, Belgium.

WHAT IT IS FOR

For a greasy, flaky scalp and tired-looking hair.

A deep-cleansing black soap for the scalp and hair of men and women. Best suited to normal and oily scalps. It is a cosmetic, not a remedy: for hair loss or a scalp condition, see a doctor or dermatologist.

A scalp that gets greasy fast

Lifts excess sebum and product build-up from the roots, so hair stays fresh for longer between washes.

Visible flakes and build-up

Washes away visible flakes and residue. The scalp feels clean, light and comfortable after rinsing.

Dull, brittle hair

Castor oil conditions as it cleans: hair feels stronger and smoother, breaks less when combed and looks glossier.

Flat, thin-looking roots

Clean roots lift. Hair looks fuller and denser from the first wash.

THE WORKSHOP

From botanicals to a hand-cut bar.

Workshop footage follows selected ingredients as they are combined and stirred in the kettle before the finished dark loaf is portioned by hand.
